Help!

If you're having trouble with our E-News messages displaying properly, make sure you are set up to display graphics in your e-mail program. The following information is courtesy of "Digital Goddess" Kim Komando.

Here are the steps for Outlook Express ...

• Click Tools, Options.
• Click the Security tab. Clear the box next to "Block images and other external content in HTML e-mail."
• Some attachments can be blocked to avoid viruses. To unblock them, go again to the Security tab. Clear the box next to "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus." Be sure you have up-to-date anti-virus software if you disable this feature.

If you are using Microsoft Outlook, you may have blocked HTML content. To see it, right-click the image area and select Download Pictures.

You can easily change these limitations. To do that ...

• Click Tools, Options.
• Select the Security tab.
• Click Change Automatic Download Settings.
• Clear the boxes, or pick the preferred restrictions.
